Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with TheRVzone.com! You may return or exchange your item within 45 calendar days from the day you ordered it, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. All items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

A 10% restocking fee applies to any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Products that have been modified, damaged, or used by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item you received so we can quickly look into it and make it right.

Order Cancellations

Reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We can make changes as long as it hasn't been processed for shipment.

Damaged Item

We're sorry if you received a damaged item. Please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and the original shipping box — this helps us determine what happened during transit and file a claim if needed.

Once we have those details, we'll get your replacement produced and shipped out quickly, along with updated tracking information.

Warranty

Yes — we stand behind our products with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something's not right, contact us and we'll make it right.
